Cancellation & Refund Policy

If you'd like to cancel your live sessions due to dissatisfaction with the course, please reach out to us at hello@codingchamp.in and explain the reason for cancellation. Any refund will be actioned by mutual agreement.

• If approved, the refund will be initiated immediately from CodingChamp's end — though it may take time to reflect in your account, depending on your payment gateway and bank's processing time.
• Any fees deducted during the original payment or the refund process will be subtracted from the refund amount.
• The fee for any class already attended will be subtracted from the refund amount.
