Terms & Conditions

• "Parent" means the parent or legal guardian who enrols a student and accepts these Terms.
• "Student" means the child or young person attending classes.
• "Class Pack" means a bundle of 8 live 1:1 classes of 60 minutes each.
• "Trainer" means the instructor assigned to teach the Student.

We provide live, online, instructor-led classes in coding and digital skills, including Scratch, Python, web development, AI and machine learning, Photoshop, video editing and computer fundamentals. Classes are delivered 1:1 over a third-party video platform. We also publish free learning resources on our website, provided for general education.

Because Students are usually minors, enrolment must be completed by a Parent aged 18 or over, who is responsible for:

• Giving accurate information and keeping it up to date
• The Student's attendance, punctuality and conduct in classes
• Providing a suitable device, internet connection and a safe, quiet place to learn
• Supervising the Student's use of the internet in line with our Child Safety Policy

The first trial class is free and creates no obligation. Enrolment is confirmed when we receive payment for a Class Pack and agree a class schedule with you. We may decline an enrolment if we cannot provide a suitable Trainer or schedule.

• Fees are charged per Class Pack and are the same for every course. Prices are shown on our Pricing page in the currency for your region.
• The price that applies is the one shown and agreed when you pay. Promotional prices apply only for their stated period and conditions.
• Fees are payable in advance, through the payment methods we offer. Applicable taxes, if any, are shown on your invoice.
• Need-based discounts are offered at our discretion and apply only to the Class Pack for which they were agreed.
• For international payments, your bank or card provider may charge currency conversion or transaction fees, which are your responsibility.

• We agree a regular class time with you. Classes are scheduled in your local time zone.
• To reschedule a class, tell us at least 24 hours before it starts, and we will arrange another time.
• If the Student does not attend and we were not told at least 24 hours before, the class counts as used.
• If a Trainer cancels, or a class cannot go ahead because of a problem on our side, we will arrange a free make-up class.
• If the regular Trainer is unavailable for a period, we may assign a suitably qualified substitute Trainer.

Cancellations, refunds and payment disputes are governed by our Refund, Cancellation & Chargeback Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Students, Parents and Trainers must treat each other with respect. Harassment, abusive language, sharing inappropriate content, recording classes without consent, or attempting to contact a Trainer outside official channels are not allowed. We may pause or end a Student's participation for serious or repeated misconduct, after discussing it with the Parent. Our Child Safety Policy sets out how we keep Students safe and how to raise a concern.

• Our course materials, curriculum, worksheets, website content, logo and branding belong to us or our licensors. They are licensed to you only for the Student's personal learning and may not be copied, resold or shared publicly.
• Projects the Student creates in class belong to the Student. With the Parent's separate written consent, we may showcase a project (with first name and grade only) on our website or social media. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.

Classes and learning use third-party tools such as video-calling platforms, Scratch, Python editors and other free coding tools. Your use of those tools is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their availability or content.

• We teach carefully and with qualified Trainers, but we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as exam marks, competition results, admissions or jobs.
• CodingChamp is independent and is not affiliated with, approved by or endorsed by CBSE, ICSE, IB, any state board or any other examination body. Where we say a learning path "can be mapped to" a curriculum, we mean the topics can be aligned with it.
• Free resources and blog articles are provided for general information and education, as is.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to our services is limited to the fees you paid for the Class Pack to which the claim relates. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by your internet connection, device or third-party platforms. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

You may stop classes at any time under our Refund, Cancellation & Chargeback Policy. We may suspend or end services if fees are unpaid, if these Terms or our Child Safety Policy are seriously breached, or if we are required to by law. Where we end services for reasons that are not your fault, we will refund unused classes.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as internet or power outages, platform outages, natural disasters or government action. We will reschedule affected classes where possible.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. If a dispute arises, please contact us first. We will try to resolve it amicably within 30 days. If it cannot be resolved, the courts at Gautam Buddh Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh, India will have jurisdiction, without affecting any right you have to approach a consumer commission.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version shown here, with its "Last updated" date, applies. Changes do not affect Class Packs already paid for, unless required by law.
