By accessing codingchamp.in or enrolling in a CodingChamp course, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.

CodingChamp provides live, online coding, AI & ML, and creative-technology classes for students in grades 3–12, delivered by instructors over live video sessions. Course structure, duration, and content are as described on our Courses and Portfolio pages.

Because our students are minors, enrollment must be completed by a parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and for the student's attendance and conduct during live sessions.

Course fees are quoted per family based on the course and schedule — please contact us for current pricing. Fees are payable as agreed at the time of enrollment.

Cancellations and refunds are handled under our separate Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Students and parents are expected to treat instructors and fellow students with respect during live classes. CodingChamp reserves the right to pause or end a student's participation in the event of disruptive or abusive conduct, after discussing the matter with the parent/guardian.

Course curriculum, teaching materials, and website content are the property of CodingChamp and may not be reproduced or redistributed without permission. Projects a student personally creates during a course (e.g. a Scratch project or a design file) remain theirs.

Classes are delivered over live video and depend on stable internet connectivity on both ends. CodingChamp is not liable for interruptions caused by internet, hardware, or third-party platform issues outside our reasonable control.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts local to CodingChamp's registered offices.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
